Hello. I’m Plaf, a Creative Director focused on advertising, design, and entertainment currently working in Los Angeles.

For the last 4 years I have been the Vice President of Creative at Papa & Barkley, working exclusively on their house of brands. During that time I launched over a dozen products and created work that’s been seen and loved by people across the globe, including the Clio Award winning campaign Lives Changed, the Papa’s Select launch, and the early-stage packaging and branding that helped grow Papa & Barkley into California’s #1 Selling Cannabis Wellness brand.

Prior to P&B, I was an early member of The Bouqs Company (I was the company’s first employee) and helped grow that business from the Founder’s couch to a world-class e-commerce brand that generates north of 100 Million in revenue a year. While at Bouqs I helped recruit and hire the Marketing team, built out a 2 million dollar Silicon Beach headquarters, and instituted content strategy & development for all channels including social, email and paid media. I also helped design and produce the Webby award winning consumer experience onsite. See my story in the New York Times and more.

Prior to that, I helped shape numerous brands including PlayStation, HTC, Disney and Volkswagen.
