It’s the “get your foot in the door” job of today. College grads and grandma can find a job working in customer service and work their way up. You learn so much about a company working in the customer service department. I’ve found it’s the best way to learn all about a company and figure out the ins and outs of solving problems for customers. It’s also a really hard and thankless job. Generally, people are awful when something goes wrong.
