Perfect the elevator pitch.

Your 1st customer should be your Mom and/or Dad. The 2nd? Your friends! Yes, it’s your network and network’s network that will make you a success at the start. If you can’t sell your friends (or have the appetite to sell your friends) you’ll never win.
