We all want to be more physically active, but with the pressures of modern life, finding time to do it is harder than ever, and it has a negative effect on our mental and physical health. So we set out to change that, with a campaign called Bring Back Recess, reminding people of all ages take a 15 minute break for play daily, just like we did when we were kids.
